RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is to be contained in a specialized high-threat containment chamber at Black-Site-𝟎𝟎𝟎. This containment chamber is to be designed so that it can be adjusted into any known type of containment chamber within The Authority's architectural database. Several theoretical containment scenarios have been added to this containment chamber's change index.

Should RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 exhibit its 1913 property set or anything similar, standard procedures are to be followed in accordance with the Lee Omniversal Exploration Safety guidelines. Extra containment chambers are to be prepared in the event that new anomalous objects arise from RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's activity. Should RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 exhibit its 1984 property set, any personnel assigned to its containment will be given sound-cancelling equipment for ease of activity while working with RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎.

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is not to appear in any Authority documentation outside this file and the Black Site, with its entry position in the database being left in a “voided state”. Any inquiries into the usage of the 𝟎𝟎𝟎 position in the Authority database are to be brushed off as nonsensical. As per hierarchy of arbitration jurisdiction, should any member or members of the Authority outside the Black Site Department inquire into the database slot's usage or existence upon more than one occasion, or produce evidence of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's existence, they are to be considered in high risk breach of Security Protocol and a sufficient punishment will be decided for them by the Black Site Internal Justice Committee.

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is a gold-covered wooden chest measuring approximately 1.3m x 0.8m x 0.8m. At the top of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 are 2 golden humanoid figures with wings; in their current position the humanoids are facing each other although they have been known to invert their orientation at random. Muon tomography scans¹ of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 have revealed the contents within to be two jars containing unknown material, two stone tablets, and a wooden rod — these items are hereby collectively referred to as RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎-1.

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 exhibits the anomalous property of local reality manipulation resulting in it existing in multiple states at once while simultaneously having no determinable state. Due to this effect, RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 exhibits secondary anomalous properties which have been recorded into this document as “Property Sets”. There is no way to predict what effect RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 will adapt next nor does an analysis of previous data on RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 lead to any conclusive findings.

Constants persist throughout RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's history, and are listed below:

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 will always produce something, such as items or creatures or a passive "effect".

[Repetitive information removed] After an indeterminate period of time, ÅO-𝟎𝟎𝟎 will create an organic entity. Authority scientists have theorized that ÅO-𝟎𝟎𝟎 grows these entities from within itself, though it has been known to produce creatures significantly larger than its own dimensions, leading to the implication that ÅO-𝟎𝟎𝟎 may be pulling these entities from some form of tangential realm or internal reality.

Its body is preserved at Site-███ for study.
𝟎𝟎𝟎-E April 8th, 1899	A pair of large unidentified reptilians with tentacles protruding from their backs.	Upon emerging, both instances of 𝟎𝟎𝟎-E immediately transfigured into marble. X-ray scans of the structure show that 𝟎𝟎𝟎-E has negative spaces where their organs should be. Both 𝟎𝟎𝟎-E's were brought to Site-███ for low priority storage and then later moved to Site-002 in 1915 to serve as decorations for the main dining hall.
𝟎𝟎𝟎-F July 1st, 1912	A green creature resembling an elephant with 5 pairs of tusks, 2 pairs of horns, and armored plating along its back, side, and belly.	Creature was pacified and brought to Biological Containment Site-094 and given an LAO designation until its death on January 8th, 1947. Its body is preserved there for study.

Opis obiektu: [Repetitive information removed] The interior of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 acts as a "gateway" between our local reality and an alternate reality.¹² Scans have shown that all instances of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎-1 are still inside RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎, though there has been no way to reach these objects given the anomaly's current properties. The "gateway" appears to lead to a universe¹³ where nothing exists save for a seemingly endless maze of rooms and hallways. These areas demonstrate variations amongst each other regarding their distance from "point zero"¹⁴ but generally share a similar style of construction with abnormalities spread among them.

The majority of the walls cataloged with R-L9806 have yellow wallpaper glued onto them with a small floral design. Despite every hall and room having functioning lights, to date no expedition in R-L9806 has found a light switch or an electrical room. Furthermore no electrical sockets found on the walls of R-L9806 functions with the exception of Room R-L9806-528, found 30 meters away from "point zero". As such, Room R-L9806-582 has been established as a base camp within R-L9806 and is helmed by Dr. Natasha Thompson.

R-L9806 is populated by humanoids of unknown origin and varying degrees of hostility with some possessing the ability to speak known languages, and with others showing no intelligence of any kind. Given the wide variety of the humanoids, a generalized formal description is impossible with the only commonality among them being yellow teeth.

Raport z Incydentu 1913-𝟎𝟎𝟎: On April 1st, 1984 at 8:37 AM EST the doorway held in R-L9806 at RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 suddenly closed constituting one of its many "Property Resets". The only person within R-L9806 at the time was Dr. Natasha Thompson. despite the being disconnected due to technological limitations monitoring equipment left behind continues to send information to this day; however most of it has thus far been indecipherable.

Dr. Thompson was assumed to be dead as soon as RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 changed its properties. Shortly before at roughly 8:24, a camera near Room R-L9806-764 captured an image of her heading down the hallway attempting to establish contact with main Authority channels. Several frames later, one of the many humanoid inhabitants can be seen assaulting Dr. Thompson. Due to this incident the Authority has began to investigate inter-dimensional travel and has subsequently banned the establishment of any base of operation on the other side of any gateway that has been determined to be unstable. Stability is to be tested in the future using the Lee Spacial Stability Test¹⁵

Action Taken: As CSD-7284 approached the chamber in Test-RL9806-290-01, their face was spontaneously rearranged by unknown means before they were forced backwards by Authority personal outside Room R-L9806-290. The process was halted before a total facial inversion could occur; however, retrospective analysis has flagged this as a possible sentinel event and allowing the process to complete is a preferred option for future testing due to the residual mismatching of orifaces to internal anatomy.¹⁶

Upon entering a gift bag, labeled "for John" will appear. Notes: The room in question is full of mascot costumes including those of various sport teams and the Marlboro Man. In all instances, the eyes of the mascots have been replaced with large, yellow teeth. Scans have revealed that these are organically placed and that behind them are tubes lined with such teeth in several rows. These tubes continue into the interior of the mascots, which at varying depths, display no detectable matter.

Opis

[Repetitive information removed] Following the cessation of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's 1913 Property Set, RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 began to emit a humming sound at 30 dB, with a wavelength of 30 Hz. This is paired with a form of crude instantaneous movement, which is limited to a radius of only roughly three meters. Researchers believe the movement is the result of a shift in local reality, however the exact mechanism is currently unknown as it has never occurred while under direct observation.

Structure constructed by a skulk of Vulpe aegyptica¹⁷ around the corpse of a recently deceased specimen.

Animals that hear RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's auditory signature for an extended period of time begin to exhibit behavior contrary to their normally observed behavior. Initially the behavior of affected fauna only deviates slightly, often in the form of erratic movement or slowed response to stimuli. Upon the death of any member of an affected group of organisms, more severe deviations become apparent.

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's hum causes affected individuals to perform elaborate death rituals, often far more elaborate than the species would be capable of under baseline conditions. This will manifest as graves, structures built around corpses out of local materials, or in many cases the arrangement of several corpses into intricate configurations.

For a time the mechanism that caused this was elusive for researchers. However following an account by Dr. ██████, it became clear that overexposure to the hum caused psychotropic effects, and the containment protocols have been changed accordingly.

Upon following a single population's travel pattern, a site was discovered in which the vipers had arranged the corpses and skins of their deceased in several concentric circular formations. Each of the circular formations had a white stone serving as its centerpoint. The viper population has since been relocated a larger distance from RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎.
August 15th, 1985	Coelioxys sayi [Leafcutter Bee]	Locals close to the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 site reported a tree completely covered with leafcutter bee holes, at a rate much higher than they normally appear. Researchers observed that the bees in each hole were deceased, and that living bees were not only making the holes but constructing leaf "coffins" for their deceased and placing them in in the holes. After more of these "mass grave" trees were discovered, efforts began to relocate the bee population further from RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎.
September 3rd, 1986	Ciconia ciconia [White Stork]	Non-Authority researchers in the area surrounding the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 site published studies reporting that they had not observed a single white stork corpse in the last month. On-site personnel began an investigation into where the stork corpses were going, suspecting the stork population had fallen under the influence of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎. No significant results manifested until a small crabbing vessel reported finding the corpse of a white stork floating on the water inside a crudely constructed "raft" built of sticks and driftwood. Following these reports researchers began searching the surrounding waters and found an alarming number of these "rafts" each containing the corpse of a ciconia specimen. The discovery prompted researchers to propose a relocation of local ciconia populations to a location further from RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎.
July 11th, 1989	Pseudotrapelus sinaitus [Sinai Agama Lizard]	Following the discovery of large number of headless agama corpses hidden in small crevices close to the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 site, researchers began to closely monitor the movements of local agama. During the night, personnel were able to observe the death of the specimen and the subsequent activities of two other specimen. The remaining agama removed the head of the corpse, and as researchers followed the agama, they came across a site which contained a large pyramidal structure, built from agama skulls. Upon discovery the pyramid was nearly three feet tall, and upon approach any lizards near it became extremely hostile towards researchers. Agama population was relocated following the incident.
April 14th, 1991	Vulpe aegyptica	Wildlife researchers in the area reported a lack of aegyptica corpses being found, as they feared it was evidence of the population dwindling due to human interference. Irregular track patterns were also recorded at this time, which alerted Authority personnel to the possibility of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 effects. Searches came across large circular structures¹⁸ built from driftwood and sticks, around aegyptica corpses, which were noticeably moved. Population could not be relocated in effectively, however the reports of irregular behaviors were successfully buried thanks to significant efforts by the Black Site Internal Intelligence Council.
June 16th, 1994	Peucetia viridans [Green Lynx Spider]	Attempts to dig post holes in areas close to the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 site revealed to workers a series of caves that lead beneath the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 containment area. According to eyewitnesses, the caves were large enough for humans to traverse, however it was near impossible to do so as the space was taken up almost entirely by large and ornate spiderwebs which spanned between the cave walls. Researchers were contacted to observe the webs, noting that the web itself indicated the green lynx spider, though the web's shapes were irregular for the species. It was then that researchers discovered the webs were centered around small "nodes" which were eventually learned to be the corpses of deceased spiders wrapped in silk and placed in the web. Disturbed, researchers sealed the cave, and it has remained untouched following the incident.
December 17th, 1996	Monetaria moneta [White Cowry]	Authority event monitors noted several locals and tourists complaining of a lack of white cowry shells appearing on beaches close to the RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 site. The normally abundant shells had almost completely stopped washing ashore, and in response researchers ordered an investigation in the waters near the beaches. It was subsequently discovered that the shells were being arranged in structures on the seafloor by living cowry specimen. Several formations were discovered of cowry shells, corpses still within, arranged on the seafloor in groups of ten, with trails made in between mimicking the shape of the Jewish "Qaballah" diagram. Researchers have proposed plans to relocate the cowry population, and a program to place shells on the beaches as to not disturb the local populace.

The account of Dr. ██████ has been removed from this document by his own request, as it contained personal information involving his close family and the details surrounding a traumatic death that greatly affected them. It is noted in this section that the effects of overexposure to RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's hum bring up similarly traumatic memories for all related personnel. Given this, Dr. ██████ has allowed one excerpt of his account to remain for academic purposes. Dr. ██████'s statement for removal can be found below.

"I have not yet been able to reconcile my emotions regarding this terrible hum. No longer can I truly be sure whether the voice I hear is truly hers or some imitation, a cruel spectre merely using me to enact its strange desires. I wonder whether the humble creatures that we have observed carry the same uncertainty. Do they even have the capability? What must the voices of the dead sound like to a stork? To a snail? To a bee? The religious nature of some of these occurrences is also troubling to me, after hearing her speak to me. She also speaks of religious themes, asks me to express the ideals of God in the world, as she cannot. She was God fearing in her life, but is this really her? Do the snakes hear the voices of their deceased speak of God as well? What does their God look like?"

[Repetitive information removed] RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is the absolute constant of our baseline reality. Or believed to be. RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 can be understood as a catalyst for all that currently exists and may exist. No, that can't be right. RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 contradicts itself as being a void and continuously variable. It is speculated that RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 may be a source of anti-matter in our universe or an anchor to another universe comprised of anti-matter due to its interior composition of pure anti-matter and its relative lack of matter in its manifestations. Yes, of course, that's what it was. Despite this, RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is relatively stable in our reality by not following traditional rules of anti-matter and does not disturb it outside of its documented effects.

RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 is to be fed 2 live cows a day and a water source is to be provided at the south section of the containment chamber with ventilation ensuring the air within the chamber is as organically pure as possible. No personnel is to enter RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎's enclosure for any reason. The roof of this containment chamber is to have reinforced glass and be monitored by security staff from the outside.

[Repetitive information removed] RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 behaves as if it were some form of predatory animal with RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 acting as the torso of the creature. Consumption of organic material takes place in mid-air as if the consumed matter is masticated by unseen teeth. When the chewing process is done the food moves along a consistent pathway posterior to its suspended position where the material is subsequently transferred into RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 by unknown means upon touching the anterior side of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎. It should be noted that RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 has never been observed to defecate leading Authority researchers to believe the chewed organic matter is "teleported"¹⁹ elsewhere.

Authority biologists and animal behavior experts who studied RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 in this state cannot agree on what predator RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 resembles most as RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 has changed nearly every feeding session. Podsumowanie przebiegu: At 5 PM ███ 5 Authority members lead by Agent Henry Jackson and Dr. Vincent Samson broke into Black-Site-𝟎𝟎𝟎 and took several photos of RPC̄-𝟎𝟎𝟎 before attempting to destroy it. On-site security responded 7 minutes later where an elongated confrontation occurred resulting in the deaths of 9 personnel and the majority of the rogue group, with the exception of Dr. Samson who was in the laboratory securing documentation. He was subsequently arrested and held in an on-site holding cell for intruders.

Dr Samson: I have a lot of friends in high places and know every "GD" by name, who the fuck are you?

GD-██████: What did you think was going to happen? You thought you had connections, you thought you could come here and destroy it with no consequences. That your GD buddies up top would save you?

Dr Samson: It must be destroyed. We’re limited by the technology of our time but a time will come when we have enough destructive force to truly deal with this thing, to harness it, explore it, understand it properly. And when that happens… It must be destroyed before that.

GD-██████: No, I don't think that will be happening so haphazardly.

Dr Samson: You don't get to tell all of the Authority what it will do.

GD-██████: Son…. allow me to be fully honest with you. None of your friends are coming to save you and as far as we're concerned, the item you tried destroying doesn't even exist.

Dr Samson: Why?

GD-██████: Why what?

Dr Samson: Why keep something like this a secret and go through great lengths to protect it? There are items throughout all of the Authority that are much worse.

GD-██████: Same reason you are keen on destroying it. 50% of the world practices an Abrahamic faith does it not?

Dr Samson: Yes but I don’t see…

GD-██████: Which means statistically 50% of the Authority itself would be at the mercy of said faiths, metaphysically speaking.

Dr Samson: I suppose…

GD-██████: So what would happen if 50% of the Authority alone discovered that it was holding the most sacred artifact in history? Do you think people would stand idly and just let us probe it?

Dr Samson: Who knows, anything could happen.

GD-██████: Oh doctor, you know well what would happen. We would fracture; split in a war over power, but you knew that well, didn't you? And what were you going call this new group? I can see it in your eyes. You're not as smart as you think you are. Nor as safe.

Closing Statement: Dr. Samson was bought to Site-009 4 days later, no other incidents related to RPC-𝟎𝟎𝟎 have occurred since.

No record of GD-██████ exists in the Black Site Authority databases and audio ID technology is inconclusive. When slowed ~1000x of normal speed, GD-██████‘s individual syllables become a mosaic of voices, most of which are unintelligible.²⁰
